internal haemorrhage, torn tissue, lactic acid accumulation
Ok. I actually have a lot to say, but right now I've having some trouble organising my posts under subject titles and stuff, so I'm just gonna say it all out. :P

Tuesday was Weiling and Jiamin's birthdays. We went to East Coast. I learnt how to rollerblade! KM, next time we can go together, if you don't mind waiting for this beginner here to catch up. :P I fell twice, once coming down this eeny meeny slope. I think I crashed into a palm tree (I love that tree! =P). I landed on the tailbone of my spine, but the impact must have been softened by the soil which the lower half of my body landed on. I didn't feel any pain, just this - I don't know how to describe it - this numb but slightly tingly feeling near the bottom of my spine. Thank God I didn't actually hurt my spine!

Internal harmorrhage: The next time I fell was when I was resting at the railing at the beginner's area. My skates slid back and before I knew it I was on the ground. My hipbone came into contact with the hard cement next to the soil. Ow. But nothing else. Seriously man, I could have landed on my face! When I got home there was, curiously, this red V-shaped area on my hip. Me thinking, is this God's way of telling me that even though I may fall, I still have victory? Now it's just this mottled purplish red patch. Lol.

Torn tissue: The third and last time I fell was when Tommy was trying to teach me how to ride the bike with the two-seater type of bike. The last time my Dad tried to do that, I got hurt too! I was just totally veering at crazy acute angles to the ground. Got a scrapped knee (hence the plaster with "Jesus" written on it - read previous post). Skinned a bit off the lower part of my palms. Again, I could have skinned my whole palm, and then I wouldn't be able to write properly for today's exam. It's really God man. I don't believe in coincidence.

Lactic acid accumulation: I am still aching from Tuesday. But in a good way. I haven't ached like that in a long long time. Exercise is goood. Strangely my arms hurt more than my legs. Yesterday, even the muscles at the base of my neck were sore! Am I using the wrong muscles? Hmmm.
