There are some people whom your love for (and whose love for you) makes your heart expand until it feels like it might burst.

Goodbye Bro Ber and I know I'll see you again. This is not the end. :)
For those who don't know, this is Bro Ber who was my youth leader and he's just flown off to Australia with his wife and they're going to stay there permanently. Camera-wielding (his weapon of choice), tall and skinny and (prematurely) balding Bro Ber. I love him loads and am grateful to him for loads too. And that's all you need to know.
The line of the night must have come from Sis Tracy who said to him with arms oustretched to hug and smiling - "Goodbye, you ugly bald man!" |
