misc stuff
I find it funny that I actually have to email (some of) my friends to set up meetings and things like that.

Had weekend class today, and now I keep thinking today is Monday. Anyways, weekend class is when the Australian lecturers come down and lecture (slip of the hand lol) teach us... it's compulsory to attend, or we fail the entire unit. This sem's weekend class has got to be the most relaxed one ever! Partly because the lecturer wasn't sure what to cover with us... The last time I got this guy (Graham Coleman - not the grumpy one) for weekend class, it was a very hectic one in which he basically talked and talked and talked for 3 hours straight...at the end of which I remember nothing but vague equations. I always feel like I need to shake my head to clear it after listening to/doing maths-related stuff. Lol.

I actually came up in the lift with Graham and this other classmate! "Nice way to spend your Sunday isn't it?" he said. Yeah...very nice indeed. At least I didn't waste time and completed most of my SPSS exercises :D :D :D But I did them without knowing what I was doing most of the time, which is not so good :P :X :S Have to go and read the textbook!

Graham actually opened the door (not the lift door, a proper door) for us, I thought that was really nice. I mean, he's like our professor and he's so much older! He looks a little bit like Santa Claus, white beard and all. Haha. He had this funny habit of pulling up his pants whenever it slid down over his balloon-like (more hot-air balloon proportions than normal party balloons) belly...
I still have tales of Marco Polo and his Amazing Guides in the strange land of Temasek (Part 2: Beer in the Highlanders; Part 3: A Wild Night at MOS and the Aftermath) to blog about, but it's kinda late now and I'm thinking of starting my PR assignment...so tata!

(Oh yeah, Marco Polo has read this blog...he said I have very good memory. Hee. Although, I wish I had photographic memory so that I can remember every single thing I read in my textbooks... Our famous and brave explorer has left us to traverse the strange lands of Malaysia and Thailand though, so this will be the last of the Marco Polo series...until I get the pics from him and Hannah!)
