Haha, ironic but I seem to be more free to blog when I'm having exams or assignments due. Probably because I spend more time at home and online I guess.
Went for Bible Study just now with Hannah...Sheena is temporarily down with fever so she didn't join us today. And guess who we ran into in the overflow room! Jessie and Weiling! Gee...I think that was really an incident of being put in the right place at the right time by God Himself. And to think, I was reading about that while waiting for Hannah!
After BS we got some sushi and fruit juice and went to the rooftop terrace, which is a very nice place in Suntec I've never been to before! For a while it was like old times again. We took a bunch of pictures which were mostly grainy and badly shot, cos' I forgot all about the red eye function in my camera, and we had to take all our pictures using the timer since everyone else had left.
Phwoar!! So scary!!
Yesterday, after my last paper, I went to Shujuan's friend M's 'spa'. Erm I'm lazy to explain why it's in apostrophes. It was a very interesting experience to say the least. Was a bit unsettled by all that water splashing around until afterwards they told me that's what supposed to happen. Lol. I found that I am actually quite 'clean'! And I have a strong heart! I haven't exercised the longest time and I didn't even bathe before I left the house that day. Yippee...praise God! Yes praise God for my health. All good things come from Him and Him alone! :D
pic ripped from Shu's blog (bathtub not shown)
Anyway, does anybody want to go? It's actually quite fun. Only ten bucks the first time round. The service is quite good...and hilarious also. Heehaw.
[While explaining about the various ways I can lie in the tub]
M: Remember just now I told you sitting in here is like running 4km? Before you do exercise you must do warm-ups right...so you must do warm-ups also...
Me: ?
M: So you must do 5 jumping jacks and 5 sit-ups first.
Me: *finally realises that it's a joke* -__-"

M: You can lie whichever way you like actually. So if you know any kama sutra positions you can try and tell me about it.
Me [thinking]: Oh man this is lame.
S: Kama sutra cannot do by yourself one lah! Must do with 2 people!!
M: Is it? I didn't know.
Me: *wondering if he's for real*

Ok...backtracking some more, I went to Vivo City last Sunday. Yes Liz I'll bring you there when you come back. Faster faster come back!!
Didn't manage to take very nice pictures because it was all foggy... Oh. How could I forget? We met up early in the morning to have brunch at the newly renovated Tiong Bahru Market. Again, reliving memories. We had orh lua (oyster omelette), black carrot cake, chee kui, and some ingredients from kuay chap because Hannah didn't want the 'kuay'. Hohoho. The last item wasn't nice by the way. Do not eat the kway chap at the Tiong Bahru Market!! Not nice and expensive, some more...
After that we went to church and lastly to Vivo to watch The Covenant. If you haven't watched it yet, don't! It's just really predictable and not engaging on any level at all. Except that the actors are good to look at. Hah...

foooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood

The above two pics are again ripped from Shu's blog

The ever adorable Mr Snowman! Me relaxing while my friends attempt to transfer sermon files from one laptop to another....
So nice of me xP
How to create ghostly effects: Take pictures when there is insufficient surrounding light without flash. Subjects must be moving :D Heheh, I like the effect!
