Belated Happy Children's Day~
Hey, technically everyone is a child of someone, right? :)

It's quite amusing now that I think about it - my parents bringing me and Sheena to celebrate my 21st birthday on Children's Day. No it wasn't planned! I was the one who wanted to go this week because next Sunday I'll probably be up to my neck in research articles! Haha. Yeah, it was fun today. The dim sum was great. After that my parents dropped us off for service (which was great as usual :D), and then for dinner, we went to Din Tai Fung and had some more dim sum on our own.

During lunch Mr David Ng (my P5 form teacher) messaged me this: "Happy Children's Day, frm 1&only david ng" - lol. I was quite amused but also touched and happy that he remembered me. I didn't remember him during Teachers' Day this year. :X Even if it was a mass SMS, it doesn't matter. He's my favourite teacher ever! I messaged him back Happy Children's Day too. I wonder if he still always thinks of us as the tooties we were back then (or at least I was - you'll laugh yourself to death if you see a pic of me in P5)? We haven't been in much contact in the 10 years since then, so I knew him mostly when he was a young man of 25. I remember my dad saying after a parent-teacher meeting that my form teacher was "handsome"! Haha! He's grown old since then, though. In appearance at least. He's still very humorous. :) But I pray that God will renew his and his wife's strength like the eagles', and may He also bless them with life more abundantly.

God bless all you children! :D
