Just for fun!
Spinach and Luohan Yu are thinking of/want to set me up with XYZ. I have been rather adamant against it. I don't know. I was thinking about it just now, and then I realised that it could be because I want to be in control of such things. Wow. Ok.
I have to confess that part of the reason is also I didn't exactly like the very small, very blur picture that I saw in the MSN window when Spinach tried to send a photo of XYZ to me, only Luohan Yu told her not to because it's supposed to be a 'blind' date. Ahaha.
But seriously, I asked Spinach if he was a strong Christian...does he have Ah Gong's (do realise that this Ah Gong is not really my grandfather) kind of faith? No, she said. But people grow! She added.
True, true. And as a certain pastor would say, he must be teachable. But I've always had this idea that my man should be of rock-solid faith, stronger than mine even. Someone to prop me up and point me back to God. I need and want that sort of stability and security in a partner. Of course I don't mean that I should be independent on him spiritually, but I think we should be standing on the same spiritual plane, more or less.
Anyhow, back to Chemistry now. Organic Chem. questions are quite addictive now I must say. Takes a while to warm up to them though. =) Halogenoalkanes and hydrocarbons, here I come!
